Lindsey
Registered Dental Assistant
I began my career in dentistry ten years ago, graduating from Fortis Institute in Wayne in 2016. The best part of my job is interacting with patients, getting to know them, and building relationships with them that last.
I live in Byram Township with my husband and our daughter, Ellie, who will soon be a big sister! Even though winter is my favorite season, I enjoy being outside doing yard work with my family and starting new projects around the house. There is no better feeling than seeing your vision come to life, just like in dentistry!
Raychel
Registered Dental Assistant
I completed the dental assisting and radiology program at Warren County Community College in 2012. best part of my job is the variety! I love meeting new people from all walks of life, helping patients with their oral health, and learning something new every day!
I’m married to my husband Matt, and together we have a three-year-old son, Miles. I enjoy any quality time that I get with the two of them, as well as our two cats.
Kiersten
Dental Hygenist
I have been practicing dental hygiene for over 23 years, including the past 10 years with this office, and I’m known for my gentle touch, compassionate approach, and ability to put patients at ease. I have a special passion for helping ease dental anxiety by creating a space where patients feel safe, heard, comfortable, and never judged. I often use humor and my love of making people laugh to lighten the mood and make visits feel less stressful. Building trusted, long-term relationships with my patients has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career.
Melissa
Office Manager
My role is a unique blend of clinical expertise and administrative organization. I help our patients understand the recommended treatments, ensuring they leave our office well informed and confident about their oral health journey. But what truly makes my job special is the personal connection I get to establish with every person who comes to our office.
At home, I have a great partner who is always rooting for me. Our puppy Kyle is the most energetic guy in the neighborhood. We love to go hiking and watch him explore nature!
Leah
Dental Hygienist
I graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology, first with my Associate’s in Dental and then with my Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene. I love making people smile, especially when those smiles are clean and healthy! The connections we make with patients make my job wonderful.
My passions outside of work include making sourdough, traveling, reading books, and arts and crafts. I also like to make time to travel to American Indian reservations to do community work.

I have been practicing dental hygiene for more than 20 years. It has been a pleasure to join Dr. Williams and his team. Our staff really focuses on each patient’s individual needs and is committed to making each person feel welcome and comfortable. It is my goal to create a positive dental experience every time our patients visit the practice.
My family is the most important part of my life. I have three grown children and seven grandchildren! My husband and I enjoy going to the movies and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my grandkids.
Heather
Patient Care Coordinator
Hello, and welcome to our office! I’m our patient care coordinator, making me one of your first contacts with Dr. Williams’ office. My main responsibility is to keep the schedule running smoothly and to make your entrance into our practice as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my husband and children, friends, and family. Working alongside others at my church to help and encourage others and to love God and Jesus is also very important to me. The rest of my time is spent outside, tending to my plants and caring for our pet catfish and eel.
